How Nest evaluates and sources real-world assets

Nest’s yield strategies are built on carefully selected real-world assets sourced from regulated financial institutions. Rather than prioritizing yield alone, Nest evaluates potential assets based on a structured framework that balances risk, transparency, liquidity, and regulatory integrity.

Through this process, Nest partners with reputable issuers capable of tokenizing institutional-grade financial products—bringing traditionally restricted investment opportunities onchain while maintaining strong operational safeguards.

Asset Sourcing

Nest’s yield strategies are built on carefully selected real-world assets sourced through regulated financial institutions. Rather than prioritizing yield alone, Nest evaluates potential assets using a structured framework that balances risk, transparency, liquidity, and regulatory integrity.

Nest collaborates with established asset managers, issuers, and credit originators to bring institutional financial products on-chain. These partners enable compliant access to instruments such as U.S. Treasuries, private credit, and institutional funds that historically have been limited to banks and large allocators. Each institution contributes expertise in areas such as asset origination, regulatory compliance, custody, and reporting, ensuring that the onchain representation of the asset remains anchored in real-world financial infrastructure.

Depending on the asset class, vaults may access these assets through different financial structures. In some cases, the vault directly holds tokenized shares of funds, treasury instruments, or custodial accounts managed by regulated issuers. In other cases, the vault provides senior structured exposure to pools of financial assets—such as receivables, loans, or credit facilities—through bankruptcy-remote vehicles and predefined payment waterfalls designed to prioritize investor claims.
